Although I've had some experience buying a home, I did not have any experience as a seller. Colleen took the time to explain things in detail and was very patient answering questions. She made great suggestions and really worked hard to market our property for maximum exposure. The property sold very quickly and everything went pretty smoothly, mostly because Colleen was on top of all the details.
